with the joint investment of Nanjing Hi-tech Area and Colonel
Commander Academy. |

December, 1999, Spacenet network demonstrative project with
the investment of 194 million RMB was permitted by National

Feb.28th, 2001, Nanchong base of Toptry Computer Co.,Ltd. was
operated, which mean the expansion to Western China. |

May 8th, 2001, Toptry Group registered "Green Service"
in Trademark Law Office of Administration Bureau for Industry
and Commerce, Nanjing. On July 26th, "Green Service"
won the title of "national business computer service innovation

May 30th, 2001, Mr. Yang Xu, General Manager of Intel Co.,Ltd.(China),
visited the headquarter of Toptry Group. |

May,2002, the industrial SMT producing line of microcomputer
satellite receiving system key parts, the first period project
of Spacenet, was finished building and put into production.
In July, 2003, Satellite Station, the second period project
of Spacenet, began to be built. In September, Toptry Spacenet
Co., Ltd. passed the reexamination of ISO 9000/ ISO 14000 Quality/
Environment System. In December, the satellite earth station
finished installation and went into operation. Then ¡°Spacenet
Project¡± was finished installation. |

January, 2003, the computer named ¡°Toptry¡± won the certificate
of ¡°Credible products on quality in Jiangsu province¡±. In February,
it won the certificate of famous brand product in Nanjing Municipal.
In July, it won the ¡°China compulsory certification¡± awarded
by ¡°China Quality Certification Center¡± (short for ¡°3C certification¡±). |

February, 2003, Toptry Group got the qualifications of ¡°First
class agent¡± and ¡°All business agent¡± of CNC, Jiangsu. In August,
Jiangbei Data Center of Jiangsu Communication Co., Ltd. was
located in Toptry Manufacture Base, which indicated the beginning
of strategy cooperation between Toptry and Jiangsu Communication
Co., Ltd. |
| 27¡¢In
July, 2003, ¡°Two-way interactive experimental teaching system
project¡± developed by Nanjing Sino-net Technology Co., Ltd.,
Toptry Group and Nanjing University, passed the provincial new
technology authentication of Jiangsu Province. |
| 28¡¢On
November 18th, 2003, news conference on the operation of New
Toptry Computer and the selection of Youth Business was held
in Nanjing Shanshui Grand Hotel. The again emerging of New Toptry
Computer drew the attention of all society. On January 16th,
2004, cooperated with Xinhua Tech (Nanjing), Toptry Computer
Co., Ltd. brought out ¡°Toptry¡± computer with Linux Chinese operation
system, which was the first in domestic market. |
| 29¡¢In
March, 2004, Hygiene Quarantine Software, developed by Refinesoft
I.T. Co., Ltd., Toptry, was widely accepted by health system
of Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province. After one year¡¯s development,
the software passed the authentication of Nanjing Science Committee
and won the software registration certificate awarded by Nanjing
Science & Technology Bureau. |
| 30¡¢On
May 19th, 2004, Jiangsu State Secrecy Bureau and Toptry Spacenet
Co., Ltd. signed the agreement, and Spacenet Company became
the first company involved in the maintenance and data recovery
of secrecy carriers. |
| 31¡¢In
July, 2004, ¡°Toptry Technology Park in Hi-tech Zone¡± won the
support of Nanjing Municipal Government and Hi-tech Zone. On
August 6th, 2004, Toptry ¡°Nanjing Youth Business Park¡± located
on Nanjing Daming Road was opened. Zhu Kejiang (deputy director
of Science & Technology Department of Jiangsu Province),
Xu Kai (deputy director of Information Industrial Department
of Jiangsu Province), Chen Jinhu (vice secretary of Jiangsu
Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League), Xi Yongming
(vice mayor of Nanjing Municipal Government) and the leaders
of Qinhuai District attended the opening ceremony. On August
23rd, 2004, Wang Xiao, the secretary of secretariat of China
Youth League Center Committee, inspected this park. |
